I specialise in traditional landscapes as well as pet and human portraits in oils. During my time living in London, I created a series of gloomy night paintings that eventually inspired the work I am most proud of: my imaginary images of roaming monkey gangs and death squads.
Since moving to Cumbria, my paintings have shifted toward a brighter and more tranquil style. My current goal is to merge these two distinct approaches. I want my Cumbrian landscapes to be as reflective of my personality as my fantasy paintings are, blending the tranquil scenery with the darker, imaginative elements of my previous series.
