REeL

Welcome to ReEL – Recording Eden Lives, a project brought to you by the Eden Valley Artistic Network.

The project aim is to record interesting local stories or memories of local residents and upskill local creatives in the use of recording techniques and equipment.

Local rural culture in the form of memories/stories within Eden are currently being lost forever and few attempts have been made to record them. EVAN would like to remedy this. Many older rural residents are increasingly isolated and unable to share their memories in ways they would have in the past.
