North west Cumbria's only shanty group. Formed in 2022, 6 guys who sing shanties and songs of the sea, which illustrate our notable maritime heritage. Bringing this history to life, with rich acapella singing and rousing harmonies.
Penrith based, we've sung at Kendal Calling, Whitby Folk Festival, Morecambe Maritime Festival, Windermere Jetty Festival, Cumbria Steam Gathering, Lancaster Music Festival and Arnside Maritime Festival, along with many local gigs. As the official shanty group for Workington Lifeboat, we performed at various events celebrating the 200th anniversary of the RNLI.
