My artwork combines my training in art and design with the ancient art of felt-making.
I use the wool to 'paint', the needle felting to refine the detail, the machine embroidery for the drawn line and hand stitch to define and embellish.
I combine skies, landscapes, wildlife and flowers with folk art inspirations to create a final piece that is a rich and impressionistic portrayal of the colourful folk art and floral world.
