Open to entries from all members.
Entry instructions for the EVAN Open Exhibitions are as follows:
Guidelines for submitting pieces:
Two pieces up to 50cm x 50cm
or one large up to 1M x1M (please contact us if your piece is larger than 1M x 1M).
3D - three to five pieces dependent upon sizes.
All artwork requires a label on the reverse stating artist’s name, artwork title, medium and selling price. Artwork needs to be presented ready to hang/display. If it is to be hung please ensure it is securely strung with D rings either side of the frame, preferably NOT with wire and no photo/easel frames please ie frames that have a fold out stand on the reverse.
The fee for the 3 week exhibition is £15.00, which can be paid by BACS or by cheque, or by cash or card at the Gallery.

At the end of the exhibition all unsold artwork MUST be collected in the following two weeks. Please arrange for someone to collect your artwork on your behalf if you are unable to collect yourself. If any work remains uncollected for more than two months without prior agreement, EVAN will have the right of ownership. Any proceeds gained by the sale of the artwork will donated to charity.
