I am a landscape photographer based in Brampton, North Cumbria. Exploring the hills and dales of Britain is my passion. I love being out in the hills, feeling the wind and weather, seeing the views and exercising mind and body. I also love turning these experiences into physical form as photographic prints.
Place, weather and season are the key elements of my photography, being in the right place when a picture is happening. I spend a good part of my week exploring, looking for the right conjunction of circumstances that makes a compelling shot. Since moving to the Eden Valley in 2022 the North Pennines has become a major preoccupation.
